Capital City Builders, LLC, has been in continuous operations since its establishment on July 6, 2001 in Virginia and family operated with over three generations of experience.
Our history in the DC Metro area began in 2001 with development projects in Northern Virginia in areas of McLean, Vienna, Alexandria and Arlington. In 2004 we expanded into Georgetown and the Palisades area of Washington. We now focus on the entire Washington Metro region primarily in Virginia and the District.
Our sub-contractors consist of some of the Washington area's best Architects, Masons, Carpenters, Dry Wall Installers/finisher, Painters, Cabinet Makers, Plumbers, Electricians and more.
By being a small family owned custom builder we can do our job the old fashion way! We don’t report to a board or shareholders. We aim to keep our clients happy each step of the way.
