Step One - Premiere Site Acquisition
At Capital City Builders, LLC, through our reputation as “no nonsense” land purchasers, we have access to the best home sites before they hit the open market. Additionally, we select home sites in proven well established neighborhoods, ensuring that our home buyers are making a sound and lasting investment. Quiet streets and cul-de-sacs, favorable grades, high grounds, proximity to conveniences...these are just some of the attributes of the properties we target. We know our area and you can rely on that knowledge to make sure that your new home is built on a premium lot in a prime location. If you have found a location that suits you or you have a lot that you already own… We will be happy to build on that too! |
Step Two - Concept Development
At Capital City Builders, LLC we start by truly listening to our clients. Once we understand your lifestyle needs, the features and functions of your home will fall into place.
Our expertise in construction and design can help shape your vision. This vision is then turned into a working conceptual framework upon which the initial design of your home is based. We would love to make the home of your dreams a reality – and it starts with concept development.
Step Three - Design & Planning
Once a conceptual framework for the design of your home has been developed, you may work with one of our architects or one of your own choosing. Your initial vision will now be turned into reality with a set of plans that details both the exterior and interior of the house. We will review with you all the elements of kitchen design, cabinetry design, mill-work, tile design, plumbing and lighting fixtures. During this process, our experts will be offering their knowledge of available materials from which to choose, as well as their advice on the design features that will create the home you desire. The end result will be a set of architectural plans and specifications that we will use to create the construction budget and schedule. The final budget for the project is now determined, as well as the time allotted for the project’s completion. |
Step Four - Construction
The owners of Capital City Builders, LLC ensure that all of their homes are built to the highest standards by overseeing each and every phase of construction. Only top-notch craftsmen and quality building materials are permitted on our jobs and we have longstanding relationships with our award winning team of licensed contractors, all of whom take great pride in their work. The result is that your home will be built to a standard of excellence.
We hold regularly scheduled meetings with our clients to review the budget, the plans and the progress of construction. Communication with our customers is one of the essential elements contributing to the success of our projects. We give our clients 24/7 access to us via all of the latest technology (i.e. texting, email, cell phones and internet). Constant open lines of communication enable us to build the home you want, on time and within budget.
Step Five - Warranty & Customer Satisfaction
